His experience leading the West Java Digital Services, Jakarta Smart City grows my expertise in information technology as he was a graduate of information technology engineering. All his expertise and experiences are being applied to serve the public effectively, efficiently, and impactful to the citizens based on data and technology utilization.
He is a team builder who is very attentive to the needs of stakeholders and leaders. He is a digital leader with a warm & friendly attitude always! He plays an essential role in providing practical solutions that directly impact and improve public services. He has won various National and International awards in Digital Transformation: Top CIO on Digital Implementation, IT Works 2021 and The World CIO 200 Awards–SEA Edition, Global CIO Forum 2021.
Fransiscus Soerjopranoto is a distinguished professional with myriad accomplishments in the automotive industry. He is now the Chief Operating Officer of Hyundai Motors Indonesia and is ready to bring Hyundai’s vision of future mobility further in Indonesia.
Prior to his role as the COO of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia, Fransiscus had a strong background of over 28 years in Indonesia’s automotive industry. His expertise involves diverse business and operation lines at one of the biggest automotive companies in Indonesia, including marketing and product planning, strategic sales management, after-sales services, and dealership network management.
Fransiscus is known for his commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach. He is a dynamic leader with unwavering dedication, innovation, and a passion for excellence in the automotive industry. His strategic vision will propel Hyundai Motors Indonesia to new heights, fostering strong relationships with partners and contributing to the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Gita Syahrani is convener for collective action with experience in corporate law, public and private sectors, civil society, and movement-building. She led the team to work on restorative economy models and convened collective support of more than 200 partners. She got recognized as a Henry Arnhold Fellow by Mulago Foundation, Asia21 Fellow, Ashoka Fellow and won the 2023 Climate Breakthrough Award to support her next endeavors.
She currently heads the Executive Board of the Earth-Centered Economic Coalition (Koalisi Ekonomi Membumi), became an Advisory Board of LTKL and founded BLESS foundation in 2024. All efforts consistently aim for nation-wide adoption of restorative economy through collective actions ignited by love.

Alvin Novalino is currently the Vice President of Risk Management at PT TBS Energi Utama, Tbk, a prominent energy company in Indonesia. Azalea Ayuningtyas, the Co-Founder and CEO of Krealogi by Du Anyam, started her first company, Du Anyam, a social enterprise that produces and distributes quality, functional crafts to empower women, promote culture, and improve livelihoods in rural Indonesia, in 2014.
Today, Du Anyam works with over 1,200 women across 50 villages in East Nusa Tenggara, Papua, and South Kalimantan. Du Anyam has partnered with over 500 wholesale buyers both in the domestic and global market. In 2018, Du Anyam was selected as the only social enterprise and craft-based company to be the official merchandiser of ASIAN GAMES 2018. Du Anyam is currently 1 of 12 social enterprises worldwide that supplies to IKEA Global.
Azalea co-founded Krealogi in 2020 to scale the technology, learning, system, and networks that Du Anyam has to support other Small Micro Industries in Indonesia. Krealogi is a digital ecosystem helping Small Micro Industries digitize their business, improving their productivity and consolidating their products to answer large buyers’ demand. Krealogi user-friendly mobile app has been downloaded by over 27,000 users and its online learning modules have been completed by 200,000 participants. Krealogi was selected as the Winner of She Loves Tech Indonesia 2020, UNDP Citypreneur Impact Award 2020, and the Top 3 MSME Digital Heroes by Kementerian Koperasi dan UMKM. Furthermore, Krealogi was selected as the representative for Indonesia in the Google for Startups Founders Academy Asia Pacific and was honored with the Audience Choice Award. Currently, Krealogi has provided assistance to over 9,000 MSMEs situated in almost 200 regencies and cities through partnerships with more than 30 stakeholders. In addition to its outreach efforts, Krealogi also facilitates broader market access for local MSME products, successfully connecting over 40 MSMEs to the hyperlocal market, resulting in the sale of over 2,500 products to date.
Ernest Christian Layman is a social Entrepreneur with 8+ years of experience in Business Development, General Management, and Sustainability. Before full-time building Rekosistem, he was an Indonesia Sustainability Leader and Indonesia Market Strategy and Planning Manager at Procter & Gamble Indonesia.
His journey in the waste management industry was started in November 2018 by launching a small-medium project named KAHIJI. He has been leading the development of Rekosistem from scratch, driving exponential Y-o-Y growth, and secured the latest round of pre-Series A round in 2023. He has achieved several personal and organizational recognitions and awards, such as Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2022, Google Play Best App Award 2023, and others.

As the CEO & Co-founder of KUMPUL.ID (@kumpul_id), she has successfully developed 120 Hubs in more than 40 cities in Indonesia. He was also the person who pioneered the development of electric vehicle ecosystem for Grab, and now leading Charged Indonesia – EV manufacturer, to continuously supporting everyone into the transition for sustainable electric mobility.
